Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any program or using our services. By accessing our website or enrolling, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", or "you") and Transfotech Academy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website at https://transfotechacademy.com/ and all associated programs, services, and content (collectively, the "Services").
By visiting our website, completing a registration or enrollment form, booking a free session, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Transfotech Academy is an AI-powered live tech education platform offering career transformation programs in the following disciplines:
Our Services include live online instruction, mentorship, project-based learning, career advisory sessions, internship placement support, and job referral assistance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice to enrolled students.
Program schedules, curriculum content, instructors, and delivery formats may be updated periodically to reflect industry trends and student outcomes data. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds where the core program offering remains substantively intact.
To enroll in any Transfotech Academy program, you must:
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of your signed enrollment agreement and required payment. We reserve the right to decline or revoke enrollment at our sole discretion, including in cases of misrepresentation, conduct violations, or failure to meet program prerequisites.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing access credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
Program fees are set forth in your individual enrollment agreement and are subject to change. The fee applicable to your enrollment is the fee in effect at the time your enrollment is confirmed.
If a scheduled payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period of 5 business days to resolve the issue. Failure to do so may result in suspension of your access to program materials and live sessions until the outstanding balance is settled.
If we cancel a program cohort before it begins, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid. If we cancel a program after it has commenced due to circumstances beyond our control, we will issue a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused portion of the program.
Instead of cancelling, students may request a one-time deferral to a future cohort, subject to availability, at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the program start date.
Regular attendance at live sessions is essential to your success and a condition of program completion. Students are expected to attend at least 80% of all scheduled live sessions. Failure to meet this threshold may affect your eligibility for program completion certificates and career placement support.
All students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:
Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the program without refund, at our sole discretion.
All content, materials, curriculum, course videos, slides, code samples, assessments, branding, and other intellectual property made available through our Services ("Content") are owned by or licensed to Transfotech Academy and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Upon enrollment and subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal educational purposes during your active enrollment period.
Your own original work created during the program (projects, code, analyses) remains your intellectual property. By sharing work within our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for educational demonstration and marketing purposes, with attribution where feasible.
