We are actively hiring motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analysts to support security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response operations within our cybersecurity service and training environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms and security dashboards to identify suspicious activity and potential threats.
• Analyze security alerts, event logs, and incident reports to evaluate risk levels and determine appropriate response actions.
• Perform continuous real-time monitoring of network traffic, endpoint activity, and enterprise security events.
• Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents including malware infections, unauthorized access attempts, and data breaches.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize security monitoring tools such as SIEM systems, IDS/IPS solutions, and endpoint detection technologies.
• Document incident findings, investigative results, and remediation procedures in security reporting systems.
• Integrate threat intelligence data with monitoring systems to detect emerging cyber threats and attack patterns.
• Conduct forensic investigations on compromised systems and collect digital evidence to support response activities.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks, security policies, and operational procedures.
• Implement security controls and remediation strategies to reduce vulnerabilities and strengthen organizational security posture.
• Prepare cybersecurity reports, operational metrics, and threat intelligence briefings for management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• 0–3 years of professional cybersecurity or information security experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, QRadar, or ArcSight.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, cyber defense architecture, and common cyber attack techniques.
• Experience working with IDS/IPS, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and network monitoring tools.
• Understanding of incident response frameworks, digital forensics practices, and malware investigation techniques.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms and emerging cyber threat trends.
• Experience securing and analyzing Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced cybersecurity environments.
